Steps
1. Open your PPB to the index. Find the page that your story begins.
2. Turn to the first page of your story, and find the key vocabulary work page.
3. Open the internet and go to www.wordcentral.com
4. Type your vocabulary word in to the box.
5. Once the definition loads, make sure that you select the right definition.
6. Hightlight (click at the beginning, and drag to the end) the text.
7. Press “ctrl” and “c” to copy the text.
8. Open up PowerPoint (it is probably under Microsoft Office, in the menu)
9. Change the slide layout to the one that has a title, text and a picture.
10. Type the story title into the title section of the slide.
11. Click on the text section and press “ctrl” and “v” to paste your text into the box.
12. Delete “Main entry, ” and “Pronunciation”
13. Select the word and change the font size to 72.
14. Turn off bullets.
15. Center your text.
16. Change the word “function” to “Parts of Speech”
17. Click on the little person in the picture section.
18. Search for your clipart.
19. Insert a text box to write a sentence.

I know that is a lot of step, but y’all are pros at PowerPoint! Good luck.
